I have been informed that you are doing the historic evaluation for 369 Valley Street and, as Chair of SF Victorian Alliance's Preservation Committee, I would like to add my organization's support to the neighbors efforts to preserve this valuable and rare asset.

The current recognition should, in my opinion, be upheld.  It is a rare resource with especially desirable visibility from the street, which adds to it importance as a living piece of our history.
